CONSERVATION COMMISSION

The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 26, 2012, at 6pm at the Earle Mountain Room, Eastham Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 (Wetland Protection Act) and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:

Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by Town of Eastham.  (Last heard May 22, 2012) Applicant proposes Alum Treatment of Herring Pond to address nutrient concentrations.

Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by Town of Eastham. (Last heard May 22, 2012) Applicant proposes and circulation and aeration of Schoolhouse and Ministers Pond to address nutrient concentrations.

Notice of Intent filed by Town of Eastham.~Applicant proposes herring run culvert replacements, drainage improvements at Cole Road and Herring Brook Road.

Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Grahame Donlon. Applicant proposes septic system upgrade at property located at 5 Bayland Way, Map 17, Parcel 760A.

Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Michael R. Dyki. Applicant proposes installation of a well at property located at 325 Shurtleff Road, Map 7, Parcel 177.

Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by Dana Gould. Applicant proposes replacement of 3’ x 18’ pier access ramp at property located at the end of Cove Road, Lot C-5.
