CONSERVATION COMMISSION

The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 12, 2012 at 6pm at the Earle Mountain Room, Eastham Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 (Wetlands Protection Act) and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:

Violation Discussion, 150 Great Pond Road. Ronald and Deborah Lemire for paving driveway without conservation commission approval.

Notice of Intent filed by Town of Eastham. Applicant proposes herring run culvert replacements and drainage improvements at Cole Road and Herring Brook Road.

Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Martin Haspel. Applicant proposes decking replacement and addition of stairs at property located at 400 Governor Prence Road.

Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Daniel Coppelman. Applicant proposes installation of 10’ x 12’ shed at property located 235 Eldredge Drive.

Continuation of Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Betsy Collins. Last heard May 22, 2012.  Applicant proposes deck reconstruction, installation of patio, and outdoor shower enclosure at property located at 95 Herring Brook Road, Map 17, Parcel 498.
