CONSERVATION COMMISSION
The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, 22 May 2012, at 6pm at the Earle Mountain Room, Eastham Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 (Wetland Protection Act) and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:
Notice of Intent filed by Town of Eastham. Applicant proposes Alum Treatment of Herring Pond to address nutrient concentrations.
Notice of Intent filed by Town of Eastham. Applicant proposes and circulation and aeration of Schoolhouse and Ministers Pond to address nutrient concentrations.
Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by Robert Maier. Applicant proposes installation of a full foundation, shed removal, and construction of additions at property located at 3 West Shore Drive, Map 7A, Parcel 3.
Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Betsy Collins. Applicant proposes deck reconstruction, installation of patio, and outdoor shower enclosure at property located at 95 Herring Brook Road, Map 17, Parcel 498.
Notice of Intent Filed by William and Cynthia Slossar. Applicant proposes demolition of dwelling and construction of dwelling, septic system, and well at property located at 5 Bayberry Lane, Map 13, Parcel 145.

Approval of minutes from April 24, 2012 meeting.
