CONSERVATION COMMISSION
The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, 08 May 2012, at 6pm at the Earle Mountain Room, Eastham Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 (Wetland Protection Act) and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:
Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by Alexander Pratt. Applicant proposes beach access stairway at property located at Eastham Avenue and Crest Avenue.
Notice of Intent filed by Robert and Ruth Prifty. Applicant proposes demolition of dwelling and construction of new dwelling on piles at property located at 17 Nycoma Way, Map 10, Parcel 328.
Jill and Daniel Rubalcaba, 47 Longstreet Lane. Stop Work Order - DEP SE 19-1417. planting plan submittal.
Request for Extension Permit by Linda Novak for DEP SE 19-1110, sand nourishment at property located at 95 Bay View Drive.
