CONSERVATION COMMISSION
The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, 24 April 2012, at 6pm at the Earle Mountain Room, Eastham Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 (Wetland Protection Act) and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:
Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by Robert Maier. Applicant proposes installation of a full foundation, shed removal, and construction of additions at property located at 3 West Shore Drive, Map 7A, Parcel 3.
Request for Certificate of Compliance filed by Robert Kearin DEP SE 19-1197. Project for demolition and construction of new dwelling at property located at 550 Samoset Road, Map 14, Parcel 092.
Request for Certificate of Compliance filed by Robert Kearin DEP SE 19-1430. Project for after the fact filing for deck construction and installation of retaining wall at property located at 550 Samoset Road, Map 14, Parcel 092.
Administrative Review filed by Colleen and Peter Bartlett. Applicant proposes removal of two dead cedars in 100’ buffer zone and 12 dead and fallen cedars on a coastal bank at property located at 38 Tomahawk trail.
Administrative Review filed by Michael Rivers. Applicant proposes removal of one dead pitch pine and one fallen limb at property located at 40 Teal Way.
Administrative Review filed by Ronald Gagnon. Applicant proposes removal of oak tree and one pine tree at property located at 490 State Highway.
