The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, 10 April 2012, at 6pm at the Earle Mountain Room, Eastham Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 (Wetland Protection Act) and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:
Notice of Intent filed by Alexander Pratt. Applicant proposes beach access stairway at property located at Eastham Avenue and Crest Avenue.
Certificate of Compliance requested by Dereck Reicherter~DEP SE 19-1350 for installation of a septic system and well at 345 Harmes Way.

Certificate of Compliance requested by Dereck Reicherter~ DEP SE 19- 1039 for replacement of wind scoured sand from house foundations, installation with biodegradable erosion control blanket, and replanting with native beach grass property located at 325 and 345 Harmes Way, Map 01, Parcel 001 and 002.
