CONSERVATION COMMISSION
The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, 13 March 2012, at 6pm at the Earle Mountain Room, Eastham Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 (Wetland Protection Act) and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:

Notice of Intent filed by Jeanne Flaherty. Applicant proposes moving house onto a pile foundation, two additions, and deck expansion at property located at 165 Harmes Way, Map 1, Parcel 103.
Notice of Intent filed by George and Anne Nolan. Applicant proposes construction of stone revetment and removal and replacement of beach access stairway at property located at 31 Bayberry Lane, Map 13, Parcel 157.
