CONSERVATION COMMISSION
The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, 24 January 2012, at 6pm at the Earle Mountain Room, Eastham Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 (Wetland Protection Act) and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:
Request for Determination of Applicability filed by David McNulty. Applicant proposes abandoning cesspool and installation of well at property located at 125 Carlton Way, Map 7, parcel 132.
Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Massachusetts Department of Transportation. Applicant requests an after the fact filing for drainage alterations at property located north of Settlers Trace Road.
Request for Certificate of Compliance filed by Lorraine Hart and Cheryl Patterson for DEP SE 19-1107. Demolition and construction of dwelling at property located at 455 Turnip Road, Map 04, Parcel 449.
Request for Certificate of Compliance filed by Peter and Dale Wade for DEP SE 19-1076. Installation of septic system at property located at 625 Bridge Road, Map 20, Parcel 076.
Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Christopher and Mary Cormier. Applicant proposes demolition and construction of garage at property located at 420 Bridge Road, Map 20, Parcel 71.
Administrative Review filed by Richard and Eileen Devito. Applicant proposes cutting the tops of 7 Leyland Cyprus trees located around the driveway to 2’ or 3’ above the gutter height at property located at 265 Shurtleff Rd.
