EASTHAM BOARD OF ASSESSORS
Minutes of October 12, 2012 Meeting
Chairman Sette called the meeting of the Board of Assessors to order at 8:45 a.m. in the Small Meeting Room.
Present: Assessors Sette, Fagan, Cahill, and Buffington, Deputy Assessor Gail McAleer, and Field Appraiser Bruce Cabral.
NEW BUSINESS:
The Board VOTED unanimously to APPROVE the minutes of the August 25, 2012 and September 4, 2012 meetings and the minutes of the September 4, 2012 Classification Hearing with the Board of Selectmen.
The Board VOTED unanimously to APPROVE the FY14 renewal of the Chapter 61B Chapter Land applications for Frances Kosarick at 405 Higgins Road.
EXECUTIVE SESSION:
Doreen Cahill made a motion to convene Executive Session per M.G.L. c.30A, Sec. 21.
Joanna Buffington seconded.
Roll call vote was taken to enter Executive Session at 9:00 a.m.
Cahill-yes, Fagan-yes, Sette-yes, Buffington-yes
The Board exited Executive Session at 9:40 a.m.
Tentative dates for subsequent meetings of November 8, November 14, and November 16 were discussed. The members will confirm their availability.
The meeting adjourned at 9:45 a.m.
