EASTHAM BOARD OF ASSESSORS
Minutes of March 25, 2010 Meeting
Meeting convened at 9:00 am.
Present: Assessors Sette and Cahill, Alternate Assessor Avery, Field Appraiser Belinda Clarey, and Deputy Assessor Gail Fitzback
- The Board voted to accept the minutes of the February 1 and February 25, 2010 meetings.
- The Board voted unanimously to deny the motor vehicle excise abatement application for Thomas Andrulot as vehicle was valued correctly per State statute.
- The Board voted unanimously to partially abate the real estate taxes for Alan G. Vadnais Funding Trust. Additional income information was received and remeasure and list indicated data corrections were needed which indicated an increased abatement amount was warranted.
- After further review and additional field inspections, the Board voted unanimously to partially abate the real estate taxes for Richard and Mary Sullivan and Charles and Wanda Denagy.
- The meeting adjourned at 10:15 a.m.
