EASTHAM BOARD OF ASSESSORS
Minutes of January 25, 2010 Meeting
Meeting convened at 2:00 pm.
Present: Assessors Sette, Avery, and Fagan, Field Appraiser Belinda Clarey, and Deputy Assessor Gail Fitzback
- The Board voted to accept the minutes of the December 17, 2009 meeting.
- The Board signed the FY11 Chapter 61 renewal application for Josephine Fellers Realty Trust.
- The Board voted unanimously to partially abate the real estate taxes for 345 Harmes Way LLC, Gregg & Bridgette Healey, Peter & Jean Clark, Mary Daubenspeck, and Alan G. Funding Trust. The Board voted 2-0 to partially abate the real estate taxes for C & E Rentals LLC. Assessor Fagan recused herself because she knew the applicant professionally.
- The Board voted unanimously to deny the real estate abatement applications for 385 Harms Way Realty Trust, Jeffrey Handel, Marie Goodman Living Trust, Jonathan Katz, Derek & Betty Vautrinot, Charles & Wanda Denagy, Richard & Mary Sullivan, Michael Donovan, Renner Wunderlich, William Bliss et al, and Theodore Ells et al. The Board voted 2-0 to deny the real estate abatement application for Gaetano & Cynthia Bazzano. Assessor Fagan recused herself because she knew the applicants professionally.
- The meeting adjourned at 3:50 p.m.
