Chair Martin Haspel called the December 7, 2011, meeting of the Animal Advisory Committee to order at 6:37pm in the Small Meeting Room.
Attending: Martin Haspel. Kerry Reid, William O'Shea, Joanne Baldauf
Chair Haspel noted that there is a need for clarification of the Police
Department's policy concerning the Animal Advisory Committee's role including when involvement should begin and what that involvement should be. It was also mentioned that copies of complaints were not shared with the Committee.
As there had been a change in the Committee roles, it was decided to update the list at the beginning of the End of the Year Report.

A motion was made by Wiliiam O'Shea and seconded by Kerry Reid to accept the minutes of the September 28, 2011, meeting. Passed unanimously.
A motion was made by William O'Shea and seconded by Kerry Reid to accept the proi)osed "2011 Annual Report: Animal Advisory Committee report with the inclusion of the before mentioned role listing. Passed unanimously.
The next meeting will be held on January 4, 2012. It is planned to include the
ACO Diana Back at this meeting. The meeting adjourned at 7:00pm.
