Animal Advisory Committee-Meeting Minutes--May 5, 2011
In Attendance: Martin Haspel-Presiding, Bill O'Shea, and Kerry Ann Reid
The meeting was called to order at 6:30pm by Martin Haspel-Vice Chair

Old Business
Marty explained the rationale for prenatally postponing the article to amend the animal control by-law.
New Business
Marty discussed the open meeting changes regarding the publishing of meeting agendas.
The committee discussed plans for the Volunteer meeting on June 4.
Marty reviewed the new procedure for interviewing and approving new committee members.
Marty handed out a copy of the Committee Charge which will be reviewed for possible changes at the next meeting.
Marty stated that a questionnaire had been sent to the committee chair but he did not have it.
Marty suggested that we consider changing the night of the meeting at our next meeting.

Administrative Matters
Minutes from the March 3, 2011meeting were approved.
