Public Hearing Minutes
October 14, 2008
A Public Hearing of the Water Pollution Control Authority was held at 5:45 P.M. on Tuesday,    October 14, 2008 at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. The members in attendance included:

John Hanson        Mark Barmasse        Greg Allen         Dag Lindland

Dave Kelsey and Roger Abraham were not in attendance. Also in attendance were Michael, Karen and Cheri Olzacki, 14 Flanders Road, and Jean D’Aquila, Town Attorney. Representing the WPCA was Vincent Susco, Public Utilities Administrator, and Pam McCann, recording secretary.

Town representatives in attendance included; Jack Hesen, Economic Development Commission, Bob Heidel, Water System Task Force and James Carey, P&Z & Building Official (arrived at 5:55pm).

Call to Order
Chairman Barmasse called the Public Hearing to order at 5:45 P.M. for the discussion on the proposed sewer extension for 14 Flanders Road.  He read the public hearing notice, which is attached and made a part of the minutes.

Discussion on the Proposed Sewer Extension for 14 Flanders Road - Olzacki.

At this time Chairman Barmasse opened the meeting to public comment. There was no comment from the public regarding this Public Hearing.

Adjournment
Chairman Barmasse closed the public hearing.

Mr. Allen motioned, seconded by Mr. Lindland to adjourn the meeting. All voting in favor, the meeting was closed at 5:55 P.M.
