East Hampton Water Development Task Force
Minutes from Friday, July 24th, 2009
7 a.m. at WPCA
Meeting called to order 7:04 a.m.
Present: Vinnie Susco, Johnny Hanson, John Tuttle, Ted Hintz, Jeff O’Keefe, Melissa Engel and Peter Arrestaad.
A motion was made by Mr. Tuttle to enter into executive session to discuss possible land acquisition. Motion seconded by Mr. Hintz and unanimously approved.
Came out of executive session at 7:42 a.m.
Discussion ensued regarding rate charges and beneficial assessments for the properties that have qualified to receive “extra” water in the Village Center. There are six properties that meet the criteria posed by the recent water service policy adopted by the WDTF.
Discussion will continue at our next meeting.
WDTF to meet in special session with Town Council on Tuesday Aug. 4th to review progress so far.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:21 a.m. Motion made and seconded by Mr. Hintz and Mr. Tuttle respectively. So voted.
