East Hampton Water Development Task Force
Minutes from Friday March 13, 2009

Meeting called to order 7:05 a.m.
Present: Vinnie Susco, Atty. Jean D’Aquila, Johnny Hanson, John Tuttle, Ted Hintz, Jeff O’Keefe, Mark Barmasse, Melissa Engel and Peter Arrestaad.
A motion was made by Mr. Tuttle to enter into executive session to discuss possible land acquisition. Motion seconded by Mr. Hanson and unanimously approved. Atty. D’Aquila was invited to join the session.
Came out of executive session at 8 a.m.
Discussion ensued regarding the additional water retrieved from well #1 at the Center School location following the refracture of the well. The amount of water per day has increased to 6,000 to 7,000 gallons per day or about 20 gpm. Therefore at the next meeting the Task Force will discuss appropriation of that water.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:10 a.m. Motion made and seconded by Mr. Barmasse and Mr. Tuttle respectively. So voted.
