Minutes
Present:  Chairperson Susan Weintraub, Vice Chairman Glenn Suprono, Council Members Kyle Dostaler, Ted Hintz, Jr., Barbara Moore and George Pfaffenbach and Town Manager Michael Maniscalco.

Not Present:  Derek Johnson

Call to Order
Chairperson Weintraub called the public hearing to order at 6:00 p.m. in the East Hampton High School Library.

Public Hearing on Agriculture Commission Ordinance
Judy Berg, Flatbrook Road, noted that some people on her street were not sent letters about the meeting and requested the vote be postponed.

Al Kaeser, 110 West High Street, commented in favor of the Agriculture Commission ordinance.

Mary Ann Dostaler, 56 William Drive, supports the Agriculture Commission ordinance.

Roger Lawson, 49 Waterhole Road, would like more information regarding liability.

Ted Krogh, Young Street, asked if changes were made to the ordinance from the comments received at prior meetings.

Kurt Comisky, Wopowog Road, asked if the commission would have bylaws.

Gwen Lawson, Mott Hill Road, commented on the terms for members.

Judy Berg, Flatbrook Road, commented that youth interested in farming go to Middletown Vo-Ag not East Hampton schools.

Ralph Bell, South Main Street, asked if the Right to Farm ordinance is included with the Agriculture Commission ordinance.

Adjournment
A motion was made by Mr. Dostaler, seconded by Mr. Suprono, to adjourn the public hearing at 6:15 p.m.
