Minutes
Present: Chairperson Susan Weintraub, Vice Chairman Glenn Suprono, Council Members Kyle Dostaler, Ted Hintz, Jr. (via telephone), Barbara Moore and George Pfaffenbach and Town Manager Michael Maniscalco.
Not Present: Derek Johnson
Call to Order & Pledge of Allegiance
Chairperson Weintraub called the special meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. in the East Hampton Town Hall Meeting Room.
Public Remarks
None
Review and Possible Action on Board of Educaton Administrator’s Contract
Diane Dugas, Superintendent of Schools, was present to answer questions regarding the Administrator’s contract. Council members reviewed the changes to the contract. The Town Council has the ability to act on the contract or not. If no action is taken the contract is enacted. The Council took no action on the Board of Education Administrator’s Contract.
Discussion and Possible Approval of Public Safety Facility Committee Resolution
The draft Public Safety Facility Committee resolution was provided to Council members for review for the next regular meeting.

A motion was made by Mr. Suprono, seconded by Ms. Moore, to adjourn the meeting at 6:45 p.m.
