Present: Chairperson Susan Weintraub, Council Members Kyle Dostaler, Ted Hintz, Jr., Barbara Moore and George Pfaffenbach, Town Manager Michael Maniscalco, Finance Director Jeff Jylkka and Superintendent of Schools Diane Dugas
Not Present: Glenn Suprono and Derek Johnson
Call to Order & Pledge of Allegiance
Chairperson Weintraub called the special meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. in the East Hampton Town Hall Meeting Room.
Discussion of Defined Contribution Plan Options
Mr. Maniscalco provided an overview of the Defined Contribution Plan options. Council members discussed the employer contribution, the employee contribution, the vesting schedule and other options.
Possible action to authorize the Town Manager and Finance Director to sign any and all agreements to execute and implement Defined Contribution Money Purchase Plan
No action taken.
Adjournment
A motion was made by Mr. Hintz, seconded by Ms. Moore, to adjourn the meeting at 7:00 p.m. Voted (5-0).
