Present: Chairperson Susan Weintraub, Vice Chairman Glenn Suprono, Council Members Kyle Dostaler, Ted Hintz, Jr., Derek Johnson and Barbara Moore, Town Manager Michael Maniscalco and Finance Director Jeff Jylkka.
Not Present: George Pfaffenbach
Call to Order & Pledge of Allegiance
Chairperson Weintraub called the special meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. in the East Hampton Town Hall Meeting Room.
Question and answer session with ICMA Representative Laura Hancock for Defined Contribution Money Purchase Plan
Laura Hancock of ICMA Retirement was present to answer questions from Council members on the Defined Contribution Money Purchase Plan.
A motion was made by Mr. Hintz, seconded by Mr. Johnson, to move the next item to follow Executive Session if needed. Voted (6-0).
Review, discuss and take possible action to authorize the Town Manager and Finance Director to sign any and all agreements to execute and implement Defined Contribution Money Purchase Plan
Executive Session
A motion was made by Mr. Johnson, seconded by Ms. Moore, to enter Executive Session at 7:30 p.m. Voted (6-0).
- Review of Proposed Draft of New Police Chief’s Contract
Present in this item of Executive Session were Susan Weintraub, Glenn Suprono, Kyle Dostaler, Ted Hintz, Jr., Derek Johnson, Barbara Moore and Michael Maniscalco.
- Discussion Concerning an Attorney Client Privileged Communication Regarding a Complaint
Present in this item of Executive Session were Susan Weintraub, Glenn Suprono, Kyle Dostaler, Ted Hintz, Jr., Derek Johnson and Barbara Moore.
A motion was made by Mr. Johnson, seconded by Ms. Moore, to enter Executive Session at 7:30 p.m. Voted (6-0).
Executive Session ended at 8:45 p.m.
Adjournment
The meeting adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
