Minutes

Present:  Chairperson Susan Weintraub, Vice Chairman Glenn Suprono, Kyle Dostaler, Ted Hintz, Jr. (6:12 p.m.) and Barbara Moore.  Also present Town Manager Michael Maniscalco.

Not Present:  George Pfaffenbach and Derek Johnson

Call to Order: ~Chairperson Weintraub called the Public Hearing to order at 6:00 p.m. in the East Hampton High School Library.

Public Hearing on Proposed Changes to the Water & Sewer Authority Ordinance:
Mark Barmasse, Chairman of the WPCA and Joint Facilities read a letter into the record expressing his concerns regarding the change in the WPCA ordinance.  The letter will be included with the minutes filed in the Town Clerk’s Office.

Mr. Maniscalco read letters into the record from James Paggioli, Director of Public Works for the Town of Colchester, Denise Cooper, Water Pollution Control Administrator for the Town of Hebron, and Peter Hughes, Sewer Administrator for the Town of Marlborough.  The letters will be included with the minutes filed in the Town Clerk’s Office.

Adjournment:
A motion was made by Mr. Dostaler, seconded by Ms. Moore, to adjourn the Public Hearing at 6:15 p.m.
