Minutes
Present: Chairperson Susan Weintraub, Vice Chairman Glenn Suprono and Council Members Kyle Dostaler, Ted Hintz, Jr., Barbara Moore and George Pfaffenbach. Also present were Town Manager Michael Maniscalco, Recording Secretary Cathy Sirois and citizens.
Not Present: Derek Johnson
Call to Order
Chairperson Weintraub called the Public Hearing to order at 6:04 p.m. in the East Hampton High School Library.
Public Hearing: Lower Connecticut River Valley Council of Governments
Ms. Weintraub read the ordinance regarding the town’s participation in the Lower Connecticut River Valley Council of Governments. The ordinance will be included in the minutes filed in the Town Clerk’s office.
Mary Ann Dostaler, 56 William Drive, supports the inclusion in the new agency.
Patience Anderson, 17 Anderson Way, asked if there is any financial impact. Mr. Maniscalco indicated it is a slightly higher cost than is currently paid.
Adjournment
A motion was made by Mr. Dostaler, seconded by Ms. Moore, to close the Public Hearing at 6:10 p.m.
Voted (6-0).
