Minutes
Present: Chairperson Susan Weintraub and Council Members Kyle Dostaler, Ted Hintz, Jr., Barbara Moore and George Pfaffenbach. Also present was Recruitment Consultant Lorraine Baltimore and Candidate 1.
Call to Order
Chairperson Weintraub called the special meeting to order at 11:22 a.m. in the Middle Haddam Library.
Executive Session: Discuss Town Manager Interview and Discussion
A motion was made by Mr. Hintz, seconded by Mr. Pfaffenbach, to enter Executive Session at 11:22 a.m. Voted (5-0).
Council members Glenn Suprono and Derek Johnson joined the meeting by phone at 12:00 p.m.
Executive Session ended at 12:10 p.m.
A motion was made by Mr. Hintz, seconded by Mr. Johnson, to have Sue Weintraub execute contract as amended to include five days paternity, subject to a satisfactory physical and drug and alcohol screening with Candidate 1.
The meeting adjourned at 12:14 p.m.
