Minutes
Present: Council Members Kyle Dostaler, Ted Hintz, Jr., Derek Johnson, Barbara Moore and George Pfaffenbach.
Absent: Chairperson Susan Weintraub and Vice Chairman Glenn Suprono.
Councilor Moore made a motion to appoint Councilor Dostaler acting Chair, seconded by Councilor Johnson.
Voted 5 – 0 – 0.
Call to Order
Acting Chair Dostaler called the Special Meeting to order at 6:16 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room.
Set Town Meeting Date and Referendum Date for 2012-2013 Budget
A motion was made by Councilor Hintz, seconded by Councilor Pfaffenbach to set the Town Meeting date of May 29, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room and to call a referendum to vote on the Town Budget on Tuesday, June 5, 2012 from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the East Hampton High School. Voted 5 – 0 - 0.
A motion was made by Councilor Hintz, seconded by Councilor Johnson to adjourn the Special meeting at 6:19 p.m. Voted 5 – 0 – 0.
