Minutes
Present: Council Members Chatham Carillo, Thomas Cordeiro, Christopher Goff, Barbara Moore and Susan Weintraub. Also present were Interim Town Manager John Weichsel and Attorney Sheldon Myers.
Not Present: Chairperson Melissa Engel, Vice Chairman John Tuttle
A motion was made by Mr. Goff, seconded by Mr. Cordeiro, for Barbara Moore to Chair the meeting. Voted (5-0).
Ms. Moore called the Special Meeting to order at 6:03 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room.
Executive Session to discuss the proposed settlement for the legal matters filed by Matthew Reimondo against the Town of East Hampton (and others)
- Matthew A. Reimondo & Kim L. Mager v. Town of East Hampton, Jeffrey J. O’Keefe, Melissa Engel, John W. Tuttle and Michael Green, MMX-CV-10-6003363;
- Matthew A. Reimondo v. Town of East Hampton, CHRO No. 1140141;
- Matthew A. Reimondo v. Jeffrey O’Keefe, CHRO No. 1140143;
- Matthew A. Reimondo v. Melissa Engel, CHRO No. 1140144;
- Matthew A. Reimondo v. John W. Tuttle, CHRO No. 1140142;
A motion was made by Mr. Cordeiro, seconded by Ms. Weintraub, to enter Executive Session at 6:03 p.m. Voted (5-0).
The following individuals were in attendance during Executive Session: Chatham Carillo, Thomas Cordeiro, Christopher Goff, Barbara Moore and Susan Weintraub. Interim Town Manager John Weichsel and Attorney Sheldon Myers were also present in Executive Session.
Executive Session ended at 7:08 p.m.
Ms. Moore stated at 7:09 p.m. that the meeting will recess until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 28, 2011 in the Town Hall Meeting Room to continue the business of the executive session.
