Minutes
Present: Chairperson Melissa Engel, Vice Chairman John Tuttle, Council Members Chatham Carillo, Thomas Cordeiro (arrived at 6:16 p.m.), Christopher Goff, Barbara Moore and Susan Weintraub. Also present was Interim Town Manager Robert Drewry.
Chairperson Engel called the Special Meeting to order at 6:15 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room.
Executive Session – Discussion of Interim Town Manager Candidate
Executive Session - Update on offer of compromise to Matthew Reimondo related to the following cases:
- Docket # CHRO No. 1140141 – Matthew Reimondo v. Town of East Hampton
- Docket # MMX-CV-10-6003363-S – Matthew Reimondo et al v. Town of East Hampton et al
A motion was made by Mr. Goff, seconded by Mr. Tuttle, to enter Executive Session at 6:15 p.m. Voted (6-0).
The following individuals were in attendance during Executive Session: Melissa Engel, John Tuttle, Chatham Carillo, Thomas Cordeiro (arrived at 6:16 p.m.), Christopher Goff, Barbara Moore and Susan Weintraub. Interim Town Manager Robert Drewry was invited into Executive Session.
Executive Session ended at 6:28 p.m.
A motion was made by Mr. Goff, seconded by Ms. Weintraub, to adjourn the meeting at 6:29 p.m. Voted (7-0).
