Minutes

Present:  Council Members Chatham Carillo, Thomas Cordeiro, Christopher Goff, Barbara Moore and Susan Weintraub.  Also present were Interim Town Manager Robert Drewry, Recording Secretary Cathy Sirois, members of the press and citizens.

Not Present:  Chairperson Melissa Engel and Vice Chairman John Tuttle

Call to Order
Council member Goff called the Public Hearing for the consideration of adding alternates to the Commission on Aging to order at 6:15 p.m. in the Eaton E. Smith Meeting Room at the Town Hall.  

Public Remarks
Ann McLaughlin, 85 North Main Street, a current member of the Commission on Aging, supports the ordinance change.

MaryJo Shafer, 111 Middle Haddam Road, a current member of the Commission on Aging, supports the ordinance change.

Nelson Maurice, Mallard Cove, spoke in favor of adding alternates to the Commission on Aging.

Mr. Goff closed the Public Hearing at 6:20 p.m.
