Minutes
Present: Chairperson Melissa Engel, Vice Chairman John Tuttle, Council members Thomas Cordeiro, Christopher Goff, Barbara Moore and Susan Weintraub and Town Manager Jeffery O’Keefe.
Not Present: William Devine
Chairperson Engel called the special meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
A motion was made by Mr. Goff, seconded by Mr. Tuttle, to enter Executive Session at 6:00 p.m.
The Council exited Executive Session at 6:30 p.m.
The special meeting adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
