Minutes
Present: Chairperson Melissa Engel, Vice Chairman Thomas Cordeiro and members, William Devine, Christopher Goff, Scott Minnick and John Tuttled. Also present was Town Manager Jeffery O’Keefe, Finance Director Jeffery Jylkka, Public Utilities Administrator Vincent Susco and Town Attorney Jean D’Aquila.
Not Present: Susan Weintraub
Call to order: Chairperson Engel called the special meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
A motion was made by Mr. Tuttle, seconded by Mr. Goff, to enter Executive Session at 6:00 p.m. to discuss pending litigation. Voted (6-0).
The Council exited Executive Session at 6:36 p.m.
Adjournment:
A motion was made by Mr. Goff, seconded by Mr. Cordeiro, to adjourn the meeting at 6:36 p.m. Voted (6-0).
