PUBLIC HEARING: Redevelopment Agency Ordinance Change
Present: Chairperson Melissa Engel, Vice Chairman Thomas Cordeiro and members, Christopher Goff, Scott Minnick, John Tuttle and Susan Weintraub. Also present were Town Manager Jeffery O’Keefe, Recording Secretary Cathy Sirois, citizens and a member of the press.
Not Present: William Devine
Call to order: Chairperson Engel called the Public Hearing to order at 6:00 p.m.
Mr. O’Keefe reviewed the proposed changes to the Redevelopment Agency Ordinance to create the Brownfields Redevelopment Agency. The membership for the two commissions will be merged and will consist of a seven (7) member Brownfields Redevelopment Agency.
Public Remarks: None
A motion was made by Mr. Goff, seconded by Mr. Tuttle, to close the public hearing at 6:05 p.m. Voted (6-0).

A motion was made by Mr. Tuttle, seconded by Mr. Goff, to adjourn the Public Hearing at 6:05 p.m. Voted (6-0).
