Minutes
Present: Chairperson Melissa Engel, Vice Chairman Thomas Cordeiro (arrived at 6:07 p.m.) and members, Christopher Goff, Scott Minnick, John Tuttle and Susan Weintraub. Also present was Town Manager Jeffery O’Keefe and Public Utilities Administrator Vincent Susco.
Not Present: William Devine
Chairperson Engel called the special meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
A motion was made by Mr. Goff, seconded by Mr. Tuttle, to enter Executive Session at 6:00 p.m. Voted (5-0).
The Council exited Executive Session at 6:26 p.m.
A motion was made by Mr. Goff, seconded by Mr. Tuttle, to adjourn the meeting at 6:26 p.m. Voted (6-0).
