Minutes
Present: Chairperson Melissa Engel, Vice Chairman Thomas Cordeiro and members, Christopher Goff, Scott Minnick, John Tuttle and Susan Weintraub. Also present was Town Manager Jeffery O’Keefe and Attorney Bruce Barth.
Not Present: William Devine
Chairperson Engel called the special meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
A motion was made by Mr. Goff, seconded by Mr. Cordeiro, to enter Executive Session at 6:00 p.m. Voted (6-0).
The Council exited Executive Session at 6:19 p.m.
A motion was made by Mr. Cordeiro, seconded by Ms. Weintraub to adopt the Town of East Hampton Retirement Income plan as amended and restated effective January 1, 2009. Voted (6-0).
A motion was made by Mr. Minnick, seconded by Mr. Cordeiro, to adjourn the meeting at 6:20 p.m. Voted (6-0).
