Minutes
Present: Chairperson Melissa Engel, Vice Chairman Thomas Cordeiro (arrived at 6:04 p.m.) and members, Christopher Goff, Scott Minnick, John Tuttle and Susan Weintraub. Also present were Town Manager Jeffery O’Keefe, Public Utilities Administrator Vincent Susco, Building Official James Carey and Town Attorney Janet Brooks.
Not Present: William Devine
Chairperson Engel called the special meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
A motion was made by Mr. Goff, seconded by Mr. Tuttle, to enter Executive Session at 6:03 p.m. Voted (5-0).
The Council exited Executive Session at 6:07 p.m.
A motion was made by Ms. Weintraub, seconded by Mr. Goff, to authorize Jeffery O’Keefe, Town Manager, to sign the necessary settlement documents for GPMI. Voted (6-0).
A motion was made by Mr. Tuttle, seconded by Ms. Weintraub, to adjourn the meeting at 6:10 p.m.. Voted (6-0).
