1. Call to Order
2. Action by Town Council, pursuant to Charter Section 4.2, to refer to the Special Town Meeting and set the date for the Special Town Meeting to consider the question:
Shall the Town of East Hampton approve the amendments to Chapter 109 of the Town Ordinances which would abolish the position of Chief of Police and restructure the Police Department?
3. Action by Town Council to submit the question to a vote at Special Town Meeting by voting machine, pursuant to Charter Section 4.4.
4. Action by Town Council to set the hours for voting by voting machine, pursuant to Section 7-7 of the Connecticut General Statutes.
5. Action by Town Council to appoint Moderator for Special Town Meeting.
