APPROVED MINUTES
Present: Chairman Dan Wolfram, William DeMore, Kay Willson, Carla Sylvester, and Cindy Karlson. Also Present: Public Works Director Keith Hayden; and Judy Pogmore, Recording Secretary. Further representation by John Bondos, Environmental Consultant from AECOM; and Christine Lombard, Brownfields Project Officer. Absent: Vice-Chairman Scott Bristol and Mary Ann Dostaler.
- Call to Order: Chairman Wolfram called this meeting to order at 7:15 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to solicit public input, in accordance with both Connecticut DEP and EPA requirements, for remedial action plans and analysis of Brownfields cleanup alternatives (ABCA). Mr. Wolfram introduced John Bondos, Environmental Consultant from AECOM; and Christine Lombard, Brownfields Project Officer. Cindy Karlson was introduced as a new member of Brownfields Redevelopment Agency committee.
- Reading of Public Notice as Published in the River East on 8/13/10: For the record, Chairman Dan Wolfram read the public notice as posted in the River East (attached as Exhibit A.)
3. Adjournment: Chairman Dan Wolfram requested a motion to adjourn the meeting. Carla Sylvester made the motion to adjourn. William DeMore seconded the motion. Vote unanimous. Motion passed. Meeting concluded at 7:22 p.m.
