Minutes
Present: Jeremy Hall, Shawn Mullen, Deb Mckinney, Courtney Hyte, Chris Hanson, Kathy Balchowski, Hannah Monahan
Call to Order: Deb Mckinney called the meeting to order.
Approval of the minutes of the April 2nd, Regular Meeting:
Jessica Rurka motioned to approve the minutes. Courtney Hyte seconded the motion. All approved.

Committee Reports
- Pre-Construction walk through
Jeremy Hall discussed the pre-construction walkthrough with everyone and went over the scope of the project. Everyone is excited about the project moving forward.
The Golf tournament is next week, we are in great shape for the event.
- Volunteer Coordinator Update
Sheryl Dougherty was not in attendance for a report.

- Pavilion/Picnic Shelter Rules and Regulations update (motion)
Jessica Rurka motioned to accept the change in wording on the Pavilion and Picnic Shelter rules to only allow for reservations during the current calendar year. Chris Hanson seconded the motion. All approved.
- Survey Monkey Results for Afternoon Adventures
- Afternoon Adventures expansion
Shawn Mullen will update everyone on program status at the next meeting.
