Minutes
Present: Jeremy Hall, Shawn Mullen, Sheryl Dougherty, Deb Mckinney, Courtney Hyte, Jessica Rurka, Tim Adams. Airline Trail Sub-Committee Members.
Call to Order: Deb Mckinney called the meeting to order.
Approval of the minutes of the January 8th, Regular Meeting:
Sheryl Dougherty motioned to approve the minutes. Tim Adams seconded. All approved.
Audience of Citizens: Maddison Yorker and Julia Borelli from East Hampton High School Civics Class.
Communications
Committee Reports
- Air Line Trail Sub Committee
Jeremy Hall introduced the sub-committee and everyone on the committee introduced themselves. The duties of the committee were discussed and meeting times are being setup.
Unfinished Business
- Seamster Park Playground Update
Volunteers are signing up at a good pace. We are still looking for several contractors to oversee shifts. Sheryl is meeting with the United Way on February 20th to hopefully recruit more volunteers.
Jeremy Hall updated everyone on the status of the project.
- High School Lighting Project
There is a grant application in and soccer club and parks and recreation are looking to partner to add lights to the back side of several light poles at the high school to allow for practices on the West Field at night.
Shawn Mullen updated to board on upcoming new programs.

Jeremy Hall updated to board on the status of each of these items.
- Approval of added position
The Parks and Recreation Department is proposing to add an additional Parks Maintainer position. Sheryl Dougherty motioned to approve adding the new position. Jessica Rurka seconded the motion. All approved.
