Minutes
Present: Shawn Mullen, Jeremy Hall, Sheryl Dougherty, Dan Roy, Deb Mckinney, Tim Adams, Courtney Hyte
Call to Order: Deb Mckinney called the meeting to order.
Approval of the minutes of the December 4th, Regular Meeting
Dan Roy motioned to approve the minutes. Sheryl Dougherty seconded. All approved.

Unfinished Business
- Seamster Park Playground Update
Jeremy Hall updated everyone on the status of the project. The committee chairs have been meeting on Friday mornings to go over the process and setup plans. Material requirements should be finalized soon from Play By Design.
The trail is finished from Depot hill Road until the wetland area.
- Security Cameras at Sears Park
New security cameras have been installed at the Park. The Parks and Recreation Department and Police Department have access to them.
Shawn Mullen gave an update on the status of Parks and Recreation Programs.

Jeremy Hall updated everyone on the status of Capital requests.
Jeremy Hall updated everyone on the status of the Parks and Recreation Budget.
Committee Reports
- Air Line Trail Sub Committee
Dan roy motioned to amend the resolution to increase the committee size to 9 members. Sheryl Dougherty seconded the motion. All approved.
Tim Adams and Dan Roy will be heading up this portion of the Committee and will be appointing members to the Committee.
