Minutes
Present: Shawn Mullen, Deb Mckinney, Tim Adams, Dan Roy, Courtney Hyte.
Call to Order: Deb Mckinney called the meeting to order.
Approval of the minutes of the November 6th, Regular Meeting
Tim Adams motioned to approve the minutes. Dan Roy seconded. All approved.

Communications
- Approval of 2019 meeting dates
Tim Adams motioned to approve the meeting dates (attached). Courtney Hyte seconded. All approved.
Unfinished Business
- Seamster Park Playground Update
- Committee head meetings held on Friday mornings at 8:30 am
Shawn Mullen gave an update on the status of the project. Cheryl Gioielli has reached out to a couple rubber suppliers to look into poured in place rubber.
- Proposing a board walk through wetlands
The wetland portion of the new project may be an issue. The Parks and Recreation Department is looking into a possible board walk over it.
Shawn Mullen gave an update on the status of upcoming Parks and Recreation Programs and updated the board on fall special events.
New Business: None
Other Concerns: The Board discussed the build date of the August 6th week and feel that that is still the best option for the project.

Committee Reports
- Air Line Trail Sub Committee nominees
The board was presented with a list of 12 possible committee members. Dan Roy and Tim Adams are reviewing the applications and will narrow it down to a few to interview on December 17th. They will then narrow it down to 4 committee members.
