Unfinished Business
  • Seamster Park Playground Update
Jeremy Hall gave an update on the status of Seamster Park Playground.  Jeremy presented two options for moving forward.  1.  To wait on the town budget being approved before we go ahead with the project.  We need the money that is included in capital to finish the project.  Or, 2. To move ahead with the project now at a reduced size.  The board is in favor of waiting on the town budget and trying to complete the project to the original specifications.
  • Air Line Trail Update
Jeremy Hall gave an update on the status of the Airline Trial extension.  Work has started on the Depot Hill portion of the trail.  ACOE needs to approve a section before the route 66 crossing.
  • Field Maintenance/Fees
Jeremy Hall went over an initial plan for field maintenance and fees for outside organizations.  Everyone was given a copy.  Jeremy will continue to work on this.
  • Program update
Shawn Mullen gave a report on the status of Parks and Recreation Programs and outline upcoming events.
