Minutes
Present: Deb Mckinney, Tim Adams, Dan Roy, Sheryl Dougherty, Jessica Rurka, Courtney Hyte, Jeremy Hall, Shawn Mullen
Call to Order: Deb Mckinney called the meeting to order.
Approval of the minutes of the May 1st, Regular Meeting: Tim Adams motioned to approve the minutes, Dan Roy seconded. All approved.

Unfinished Business
- Seamster Park Playground Fundraising opportunities/updates
Jeremy hall passed out a summary of the totals from all of the fundraising efforts to date. Everyone received a copy and all items were discussed.
- Budget and plans for the next several months
Jeremy Hall updated the board on the status of the Parks and Recreation and town budgets.
Shawn Mullen gave a report on the status of summer programming. The board discussed ideas for new programs.
All summer staff has been hired and we are in the process of completing training for everyone.
New Business
Other Concerns: The Teen Scene program was discussed and we are working on a plan to get it going again for the summer season. James Olson and George Coshow contributed ideas for programs and activities for the teen population. James will work with the Parks and Recreation Department on making this program a success again.
Jeremy Hall discussed his recent meetings with the commission on aging in town and wishes to create a sub committee to address this.
Director’s Report
Jeremy Hall updated everyone on the budget status.
