Present: Jeremy Hall, Shawn Mullen, Alan Hurst, Jessica Rurka, Deb Mckinney, Dick Edmonds, Chris Hanson
Call to Order: Deb Mckinney called the meeting to order.
Approval of the minutes of the August 1st, Regular Meeting
Jessica Rurka motioned to approve the minutes, Chris Hanson seconded. All approved.

Unfinished Business
- Seamster Park Playground Fundraising opportunities/updates
- Restaurant cards
- Fat Orange Cat Fundraiser
- Cow Plop
- Kick Ball Tournament
- Winter Opportunities
Jeremy Hall updated the board on the status of each of these fundraising efforts. There was a discussion and brainstorming session on Winter opportunities. We are looking at some kind of winter event at the park or in the center of town. Details will be discussed again at the next meeting.
- Reports from Fundraising Coordinator and PR Coordinator: None
- Regatta on September 16th: The High School Rowing Club is expecting approx. 1000 people for this event. The Park will be closed to the public on this day.
- Field Use Rules/Regulations: Jeremy Hall presented a draft of the guidelines and everyone was given a copy. Some changes need to be made before this is finalized.
- Winter Programs: Shawn Mullen discussed the status of Fall and Winter Programs and new ideas. Chris Hanson suggested an indoor baseball clinic in the winter months hosted at Sports on 66. Shawn and Jeremy will look into running this.
