Minutes
Call to Order: Tim Adams called the meeting to order.
Approval of the minutes of the May 2nd Regular Meeting
Sheryl Dougherty motioned to approve the minutes. Dick Edmonds seconded. All approved.

Communications
- Vacancy on Advisory Board
Dan Reilly has resigned and applications are being accepted for the open position.
Unfinished Business
Sheryl Dougherty updated the board on the status of this exciting new upcoming program.
- Seamster Park Playground Fundraising opportunities/updates
The restraint discount cards are available now and have been a big hit so far.
- Fat Orange Cat Fundraiser
The board is still working out the details for this.
A new date of October 15th has been proposed for this fundraiser. More details will come at the next meeting.
- Spring/summer Programs: Shawn Mullen gave a report on the status of Spring and Summer programing.
- Summer Staff update
Shawn Mullen and Jeremy Hall gave an update on staffing. Currently all seasonal positions have been filled.
- Food Trucks at Sears Park
Jeremy Hall invited all registered vendors from Chatham Health to book times in Sears Park for a fee.
New Business
- Town Ordnance and Park Rules update for outside clubs and organizations to use Sears Park (possible motion)
Dan Roy motioned to modify the rules of Sears Park as follows: “Parking and boat launch are for residents only. Car and boat stickers are required.” To “Parking and boat launch are for residents only unless approved by the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board. Car and Boar stickers are required.” Also: “No outside vendors allowed.” To “No outside vendors allowed unless approved by the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board.” Dick Edmonds seconded the motion and all approved.

Director’s Report
- Budget update: Jeremy Hall updated on the budget status.
Committee Reports
- Recreational Facility: Nothing new at this time.
