Minutes
Present Board: Deb Mckinney, Tim Adams, Cheryl Dougherty, Dick Edmonds, Dan Reilly.
Call to Order:
Deb Mckinney called the meeting to order.
Approval of the minutes of the March 7th Regular Meeting:
Tim Adams motioned to approve the minutes. Cheryl Dougherty seconded the motion. All approved.
Audience of Citizens: Members of East Hampton High School’s civics class.
Communications: A book of the history of the old Seamster Park playground build was shared with the group.
Unfinished Business
- Seamster Park Playground Fundraising opportunities/updates
- March, April & May Events
Hannah Monahan updated the group on the status of the planned fundraisers. The next event is Family Bingo night on March 23.
Shawn Mullen went over the ideas that have been presented so far and new ideas were discussed. Ideas so far include pickle ball, outdoor ping pong tables, multi use sport court. The board will make a decision on this soon.
Shawn Mullen gave a report on the status of Spring and Summer program offerings.
The idea of vending machines at the park was discussed. Jeremy Hall will update the board on this at the next meeting.

Director’s Report: Jeremy Hall was not in attendance so no director’s report this month.

- Recreational Facility: Nothing new at this time.
