Jeremy laid out several different options for removal and replacement of the structures.  There was an open discussion with the public in attendance about the plans and the process.  The Parks and Recreation Department will work to create a plan of action to address this project.
  • Seasonal Employment Update
The hiring process for seasonal employment has concluded.  Staff trainings have been scheduled.  We are looking forward to the summer season.

  • Repair work at Sears Park
The boat launch driveway side of Sears Park needs to be repaired.  The lower parking area will be replaced with a gravel surface.  Plans to replace the berm and repair the upper parking area are planned as well.  This will be a two part job.  The Parks and Recreation Department is looking to have this accomplished by the start of Summer Camp.
