Minutes
Present: Jeremy Hall, Shawn Mullen, Rich Norkun, Dick Edmonds, Dan Reilly, Tim Adams, Alan Hurst
Call to Order: Rich Norkun called the meeting to order
Approval of the minutes of the March 1st Regular Meeting: Tim Adams motioned to approve the minutes. Rich Norkun seconded. All approved.

Communications
- Plan of Conservation and Development
The plan of conservation and development was discussed in Detail.
Unfinished Business
Shawn Mullen gave an update on the status of the new Flag Football Program. There is a very good turnout for this program.
- Spring and Summer Brochure
The spring and summer brochure is out and registrations are doing very well.
- Seasonal Employment Interviews
Seasonal staff employment interviews are being setup and should be concluded by the end of April.
- Airline Trail update and grant approval
With the public works director stepping down this project has had a small delay. We are still on track to hopefully be finished by the end of October.
New Business
With Nick Schkutzko leaving the department we no longer have someone on staff that is certified to apply pesticides. So Tru Green has been contacted to do so.
Jeremy Hall is forming a subcommittee to work on bringing a dog park to town.
- Seamster Park Playground Subcommittee
Jeremy Hall is working on establishing a subcommittee to work on the Playground project.
- Summer Concerts at Sears Park
The Parks and Recreation Department is working with the Goff House on running the August portion of the concert series at Sears Park.
- Summer Program Status Update
Shawn Mullen updated everyone on the status of Spring and Summer programs. The Department has a lot of new offerings this summer.
