Minutes
Present: Jeremy Hall, Shawn Mullen, Rich Norkun, John Wright, Tim Adams, Deb Mckinney, Alan Hurst
Call to Order: Rich Norkun called the meeting to order.
Approval of the minutes of the February 2nd Regular Meeting: Tim Adams motioned to approve the minutes of the February 2, 2016 Regular Meeting. Deb Mckinney seconded the motion. All approved.

Unfinished Business
- Rowing Club Sears Park use: The rowing club has been issued a contract for the 2016 season outlining the guidelines for Sears Park use. Jeremy Hall is meeting with Mike Dalton next week to discuss.
New Business
Jeremy Hall and Shawn Mullen discussed the new flag football league.
- Afterschool Program new Director and survey
We have hired Kat Robinson as the new director of the After-School program. A survey regarding a before school option has been distributed to all participants to see if they are interested in that option for the next school year.
- Spring and Summer preparation
Preparation is under way for the summer of 2016. The brochure is scheduled for release either March 25 or April 1.
Jeremy Hall will begin working on this project soon. East Hampton Soccer club is looking to invest in this and there may be grant opportunities as well.
