Present: Jaime Krajewski, Shawn Mullen, John Wright, Tim Adams, Deb Mckinney, Dan Roy
Call to Order : John Wright called the meeting to order.
Approval of the minutes of the January 6, 2015 Regular Meeting: Dan Roy motioned to approve the minutes. Deb Mckinney seconded the motion. All approved.
Audience of Citizens: None
Communications: None
Director’s Report: Jaime Krajewski and Shawn Mullen gave a report on the status of Parks and Recreation operations.
Unfinished Business
- New Parks and Recreation Director
Jaime Krajewski was introduced as the new Parks and Recreation Director.
New Business
- Sears Park Stickers 2015 season
Dan Roy motioned to leave the prices and procedures the same this season for Sears Park Stickers. Tim Adams seconded the motion. All approved.
- Summer 2015 Program and Brochure Timeline
The Spring and Summer brochure is scheduled to be released on March 27th.
The Parks and Recreation department is currently taking applications for the 2015 season. Posting close in mid-March and interviews will be setup shortly after.
There are currently 2 vacancies on the board. The board members will reach out to community to try and find 2 people to fill the vacancies.
The Parks and Recreation Department will put a policy and agreement in place before allowing the team to continue.
