ANNUAL MEETING

- Call to order – Chairman Royster called the meeting to order at 6:45 p.m.
- Roll Call / Seating of Alternates – Roll call was taken. Present were Commissioners James Royster, Richard Walsh and alternate Commissioner Demian Battit. Commissioner Royster seated alternate Commissioner Demian Battit as Commissioner Kneeland did not arrive as expected. Not present were Commissioners David Kneeland, Gina Ritchie, Charles Roberts and alternate Commissioner Colleen Mellen.
- Public Remarks – Items Not on Agenda – None
- Election of Officers – James Royster moved to nominate Richard Walsh as Vice-Chairman. The
motion was seconded by Demian Battit. Motion Carried 3-0-0. James Royster moved to nominate Charles Roberts as Clerk. The nomination was seconded by Richard Walsh. Motion Carried 3-0-0. Richard Walsh moved to nominate James Royster as Chairman. The nomination was seconded by Demian Battit. Motion Carried 3-0-0.
- Annual Report – Commissioner Royster prepared a draft annual report to provide to the Department of Culture and Tourism. The report was distributed to attending commissioners. Richard Walsh moved to accept the report with minor typographical changes along with a log of approved applications and authorize James Royster to send the report to the Department of Culture and Tourism. The motion was seconded by Demian Battit. Motion Carried 3-0-0.

7. Adjournment – James Royster moved to adjourn at 6:50 p.m., seconded by Richard Walsh.
Motion Carried 3-0-0.
