Special Meeting Minutes
East Hampton Town Hall – Eaton Smith Meeting Room
Call to Order: The meeting to order at 6 PM
Present: Ned Costello, Nanette Woodcock, Doug Mackeown, and Ray Krupa (Alternate), Recording Secretary, Kamey Ahrens
Roll Call / Appointment of Alternates: Alternates Mr. Krupa was seated for this meeting.
Public Hearings:
A. Ted Hintz, 29 Long Hill Road; gazebo 12x16 wood shingles roof. D. Mackeown provided the commission with photographs and a plot plan for the commissions review. Mr. Hintz advised the commission of the landscaping plan scheduled for the fall. Mr. Hintz clarified the gazebo is going to be built in all wood structure. The commission discussed the proposed location of the gazebo.
Ray Krupa made a motion to approve the application of Ted Hintz, 29 Long Hill Road, gazebo 12x16 with wood shingle roof. Motion was seconded by Doug Mackeown. VOTE: 4-0 Motion Passed Unanimously.
Unfinished Business: Discussion on By Laws, Procedures, Guidelines and Ordinance
The commission discussed the proposed version of the By Laws, Procedures, Guidelines and Ordinance.
Adjournment:
Doug Mackeown made a motion to adjourn the MHHD meeting at 6:51 PM. Motion was seconded by Ray Krupa. VOTE 4-0 Motion Passed Unanimously.
